(Report on Condition of Handling of Inquiry Affairs)
Article 32. The Chief of the Local Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency shall report without delay on the condition of handling of inquiry affairs for every month and every year to the Director General of the High Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency.
2. The Director General of the High Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency shall report without delayon the condition of handling of inquiry affairs for every year in the Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency to the Minister for Transport.

Article 33. The Chief of the Local Marine Accidents Inquiry Commissioner's Office shall report without delay to the Chief of the Marine Accidents Inquiry Commissioner's Office about the condition of the marine accidents in the area of jurisdiction of the Local Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency that has jurisdiction over the seat of the said Local Marine Accidents Inquiry Commissioner's Office monthly and yearly as well as the affairs which is handled by the Commissioners.
2. The Chief of the Marine Accidents Inquiry Commissioner's Office shall report without delay to the Director General of the High Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency about the conditions of the marine accidents per year as well as the affairs which is handled by the Commissioners of the Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency, and the Director General of the High Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency shall report those thereof to the Minister for Transportthen.
Chapter VII. Miscellaneous Provisions
Article 34. The vessels which shall be prescribed by the Ministry of Transport Ordinance as provided for in the Article 3, item 1, of the Cabinet Order for Enforcement of Marine Accidents Inquiry Law (Cabinet Order No. 54, 1948) shall be those as follows:
(1) Fishing vessels with employment restriction of Class III;
(2) Vessels having a gross tonnage of one thousand (1,000) and over.
Article 35. The educational institutions which shall be prescribed by the Ministry of Transport Ordinance as provided for in Article 3, item 2 d), of the Cabinet Order for Enforcement of Marine Accidents Inquiry Law shall be as follows:
