It shall be possible to increase the number of the assembly members, establishing a constituency in the area of the incorporated municipality by the time of the second election.

Special rules on the term of office (§7(1)) and the fixed number
(§7(3)) |
It shall be possible for members of the former incorporated municipalities 'assembly to become the members of the incorporating municipalities' assembly until the first election of the incorporating municipality. Also, at the time of the first election, it shall be possible to increase the members, establishing a constituency in the area of the former incorporated municipality.
