I Creation type of merger

Special rules on the fixed number (Article §3(1)) |
At an establishment election, it shall be possible to increase the fixed number of the assembly members within the twice the maximum fixed numbers.

Special rules on the term of office (Article §3(1)) |
It is possible for the members of the former municipalities' assembly to maintain their status as the members of the new municipal assembly within two years after the merger.
