1998年モスクワで二人がグネシン音楽学校およびモスクワ音楽学校に在学中に結成。その後、ジュリアード音楽院に進む。デュオの演奏活動はカーネギー・ホールのワイル・リサイタル・ホール、ニューヨークのスタインウエイ・ホール、ワシントンのフィリップス・コレクション、ニュー・ジャージーのプリンストン大学でのコンサート、イタリア、モスクワ、サンクト・ペテルブルグ、ブラジルでのツアー等である。彼らは、1998年ヴィットリオ・グイ室内楽コンクールで優勝し、2001年プレミオ・トリオ・ディ・トリエステ室内楽コンクールで評論家特別賞を獲得する。

　

Formed in Moscow in 1998 when they were studying at the Gnessin Academy of Music and Moscow Conservatory. They continued their education at the Juilliard School in N.Y. The Duo's performances include concerts in Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, Steinway Hall in N.Y., Phillips Collection in Washington, and Princeton University in New Jersey, tour in Italy, Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Brazil. They won the 1^st prize at Vittorio Gui Chamber Music Competition in 1998, and Premio Speciale della Critica at Premio Trio di Trieste Chamber Music Competition in 2001.

　

　

　

　同グループは1999年、ソフィア・グバイドゥーリナの作品を特別に演秦することに注目され結成された。彼らの最初の演奏は、2001年2月に行われ、以来オランダとイタリアで賞賛を浴びている。いくつかの室内楽オーケストラでチェロ、バヤン、弦楽オーケストラのためのソフィア・グバイドゥーリナの「キリストの最後の七つの言葉」を演奏する予定。

　

Formed with the intention of performing the works of Sophia Gubaidulina in 1999. They gave their first performance in February 2001. They have also performed to critical acclaim in festivals in the Netherlands and Italy. The Duo is currently planning with several chamber orchestras to perform Sophia Gubaidulina's "Seven Last Words" for cello, Bayan, and String Orchestra.

　

　

　

　1981年結成。中央音楽学院の若くて才能のある学生から構成される。メンバーは全員国内と国際コンクールでの受賞者である。ワン・フーチェン教授の指導のもとに、同アンサンブルは、急速に進歩し、弦と管楽器のための国内コンクール優勝、国立「広東音楽」コンクールでの優勝を含む多くの国内コンクールで受賞する。同アンサンブルは数多くの音楽フェスティバルに参加しており、アジアとヨーロッパの国々でツアーを行う。彼らの広範囲なレパートリーは従来の伝統音楽から現代音楽におよぶ。

　

Founded in 1981, the Ensemble is composed of outstanding young and talented students from the Central Conservatory of Music. The members are all prizewinners in national and international competitions. Under the direction of Professor Wang Fujian, the ensemble has made much progress with these young musicians and has won many first prizes in the national music competition, including the first prize in national Competition for Stringed-wind Instruments, the first prize in National "Cantonese music" Competition. It has participated in many musical festivals and toured in Asian and European countries. Their extensive repertoire ranges from traditional Chinese music to contemporary music.

　

　

　

　1999年12月結成。L.パクノフスキ氏、ジェルジー・ジュレック氏、J.ルカジーヴィチ氏の師事を受けて、ワルシャワ音楽学校のアコーディオン部門の生徒によって構成される。カステルフィダルドでの国際アコーディオンコンクールで優勝。また、サノックとムラワでのポーランド・アコーディオン・コンクールで受賞。フランス、イタリア、ポーランドでコンサートを行う。その他、ラジオとテレビでの録音も行う。

　

Formed in 1999. The group consists of students of the Accordion Department in Warsaw Academy of Music, who work under the guidance of Prof. Wlodzimierz Lech Puchnowski, Prof. Jerzy Jurek, and Prof. Jerzy Lukasiewicz. In their artistic output there is the 1^st place gained during the International Accordion Competition in Castelfidardo. They are also prizewinners of All-Polish Accordion Competitions in Sanok and Mlawa. Warsaw Accordion Quintet has given concerts in France (The Marsylian Chamber Music Festival), in Italy and in whole Poland. They also made recordings for radio and television.

　

　

　

　楊静は中国屈指の琵琶ソリストであり、1997年三木稔氏作曲「琵琶協奏曲」初演以来、本国のみならず同氏のさまざまな作品の国際的活動の中心に立ってソロ・リサイタルも重ねてきた。一方、1990年に創立した「結アンサンブル」は、同氏の作品を得意とする東西楽器のソリストたちの自在な組み合わせにより、目的に応じた作品を創造しつつ内外で演奏活動を続けている。楊静は「シズカ」と愛称され、日本でのファンも激増し、2001年両者を併せたユニークな室内楽活動が始まった。

　

Yang Jing is the leading Pipa soloist in China. Since the premiere of "Pipa Concerto" composed by Minoru Miki, in 1997, she has performed solo recitals many times with standing ovations at the center of national and international activities for Miki's various works. On the other hand, the "Yui Ensemble" which Miki established in 1990 is continuing performance activities with creating works according to the purpose both at home and abroad with a various combination of the soloists who perform Miki's works specially well with both east and west music instruments. Yang Jing is called by a nickname of "Shizuka", and the fans in Japan increased rapidly. In 2001, the unique chamber music activity which combined both Yang Jing and Yui has started.
