「大阪国際室内楽フェスタ」は、大阪国際室内楽コンクールと並行して3年毎に開催されるものです。

　

　

The Osaka International Chamber Music Festa is held every three years in conjunction with the Osaka International Chamber Music Competition.

The "Festa" is an international competition not only for classical music, but also for traditional and folk music.

This time, we received applications from 434 musicians belonging to 126 ensembles from 34 countries.

After a pre-selection, 77 musicians belonging to 22 groups from 12 countries were invited to compete.

We hope you enjoy this worldwide unprecedented festival of chamber music.

　1995年プラハで結成。1999年、オランダの国際室内楽コンクールで第3位、同年「若手演奏家のためのチェコ音楽財団賞」を受賞、2001年、チェコ室内楽協会賞を受賞。フランス、ドイツ、オランダ、スロヴェニア等でのコンクールに出場。2枚のCDを発売。

　

Established in 1995, in Prague. The Trio won the 3rd prize at the International Chamber Music Competition in Holland in 1999. Their awards include "Czech Music Foundation for Young Musicians" and "Czech Association for Chamber Music". The Trio also participated in various International Music Competitions in France, Germany, Holland, and Slovenia. 2 CDs have been released.

　

　

　

　2000年結成。金管五重奏のレパートリーの演奏を共通の魅力とするメンバーが集められ、ニューイングランド地方およびアメリカのいたるところでコンサートを行う。2001年フィショフ国際室内楽コンクールで銅メダルを受賞、また、コールマンコンクールでファイナリストとなり、金管楽器室内楽のグループとして国の輝かしい光の一つとして自らの地位を急速に確立する。サニー・パーチェイス、ハーバード大学、フィリップス・アカデミー、ウーマス・アマースト、インディアナの大学およびロンジー音楽学校で最近の数か月に渡って演奏を行う。

　

Formed in 2000. Brought together by a common affinity for performing the brass quintet repertoire, Bala has presented concerts throughout the New England area and United States. It won a bronze medal at the 2001 Fischoff International Chamber Music Competition and became finalists of the Coleman Competition. The Ensemble is quickly establishing itself as one of the country's shining lights in brass wind chamber music. It has been heard in recent months at Suny-purchase, Harvard University, Phillips Academy, Umass-Amherst, University of Indiana and Longy school of music.

　

　

　

　1996年結成。カストロ・バルビ／リン・デュオは定期的に、アメリカ、ラテンアメリカ、そしてヨーロッパで演奏している。この夫妻のチームは最近では、ニューヨークのリンカーンセンターにあるアリス・タリーホールとポール・ホールでの演奏、フランスでの第9回国際チェロフェスティバル、ヴェネズエラでの第1回国際チェロフェスティバルに出場。同デュオはジョセフ・カリチスタイン氏、アルド・パリソット氏、ギョーギー・セボック氏、フレッド・シェリ氏、ロスティスラフ・ダビンスキー氏に師事する。

　

Founded in 1996, the Castro-Balbi/Lin Duo performs regularly throughout the United States, Latin America, and Europe. The husband and wife team most recently appeared in New York's Lincoln Center at Alice Tully Hall and Paul Hall; at the 9^th International Cello Festival in Beauvais, France; at the Banff Centre for the Arts, Canada; and at the 1^st International Cello Festival in Caracas, Venezuela. The Duo worked with Joseph Kalichstein, Aldo Parisot, Gyrgy Sebk, Fred Sherry, Janos Starker, and Rostislav Dubinsky.

　

　

　

　同アンサンブルは1989年、ロシアの音楽家、ラリッサ・デムチェンコ氏によって結成される。ロシアの民族楽器であるドムラを広く知ってもらうために、現在プロのドムラ演奏家の学校を運営している。ドムラの独特な音色で奏でられるバロック、クラシック、モダン音楽はヨーロッパの国々でクラシック・ドムラを有名にし、3つの大きなコンクールで成功を収めた。昨年より、同グループは4人の孤児を引き受け、共に演奏している。

　

Formed by the outstanding Russian musician, Lalissa Demchenco in 1989. Being actually the professional domra performing school, the Ensemble has as its main purpose revealing the potential capacities of the Russian folk instrument DOMRA. the unusual sound of the domra playing baroque, classical and modern music made Classic Domra is well-known in Europe and brought its success at three International musical competitions. Since last year, the group includes four orphan children living and performing together with Classic Domra's leader and elder members.
