Tomb (40):
This tomb contains 2 burials nos. (25-45) and (25-45A).
* Skeleton (25-45):
This skeleton belongs to an adult male aged about 40 years. Many bones are missing the remaining bones are:
* Upper limb:
- Scapula: right and left. The left acromion is large and rough. The upper surface is irregular showing a cavity, most probably due to chronic osteomyelitis.
- Clavicle: the lateral end of the left clavicle is rough, irregular with a cavity; most probably due to chronic osteomyelitis (pl. 6-2).
- Humerus: right and left. The deltoid tuberosity of right humerus is well marked.
- Hand bones: a few carpal bones are present.
* Lower limb:
- Tibia and fibula: right and left. The soleal lines of both tibiae and the interosseous borders of the fibulae are abnormally prominent (pl. 6-3).
* Ribs: fragments.
* Vertebrae: only 3 intact thoracic vertebrae.
* Skeleton (25-45A):
It consists of a few bones belonging to a child of about one year. A few bones are present which are mostly broken.
* Lower limb:
- Femur: right and left.
- Foot bones: some phalanges.
* Ribs: fragments.

Tomb (41):
This tomb contains one burial no. (40-63).
* Skeleton (40-63):
This skeleton belongs to an adult male aged about 40 years. It is almost a complete skeleton.
* Skull:
- The skull is rounded with a flat occiput. The styloid process is long and there is a healed fracture of the nasal bone (pl. 6-4A).
- The nasal septum appears deviated to one side (pl. 6-4B).
* Mandible: there is a small deep fossa on the inner aspect of the mandible to the left of the median plane; most probably a bone cyst.
* Laryngeal cartilages: thyroid and cricoid cartilages are nearly completely ossified (pl. 6-5).
* Upper limb:
- Scapula: right. The acromion is bulky and rough, with irregular upper surface (pl. 6-6).
- Clavicle: right. The lateral end of the bone is rough irregular with cavity formation (pl. 6-6), most probably due to chronic osteomyelitis.
- Humerus: right. It shows strong muscle attachments.
- Radius and ulnar: right and left.
* Lower limb:
- Innominate bone: right and left.
- Femur: right and left.
- Tibia and fibula: right and left.
- Foot bones: most tarsal bones are rough with bony projections.
The heads of the 1st metatarsal bones of both sides are rough with bony osteophytes. The shafts of the 5th metatarsal bone on both sides show periosteal new bone formation and bony elevations on the surface (pl. 6-7).
Phalanges of the big toe show lipping, and roughness at their bases.
* Sternum (pl. 6-8):
- Ossified 1st costal cartilages are fused with the manubrium on both sides.
- Part of the 5th costal cartilage is seen fixed to the body. The margins of the costal facets show lipping and bony projections.
* Ribs:
- Most of the heads of the ribs show roughness and lipping i.e., show osteoarthritis.
- The shafts of the last 2 ribs on the right side are joined together by callus due to healed fracture (pl. 6-9).
* Vertebrae:
- Cervical vertebrae:
Atlas: an ossified ligament bridges over the groove for the vertebral artery on the posterior arch of the atlas (pl. 6- 10).
The articular surface for the dens (on inner surface of the anterior arch of the atlas) shows lipping and bony osteophytes.
Axis: ossified part of the apical ligament thus elongating the dens. Inferior articular facets show lipping and roughness, i.e., osteoarthritis.
3-7 C.V.: the bodies are joined together by ossified anterior longitudinal ligaments and to a lesser extent, by the posterior longitudinal ligament (pl. 6-11).
- Thoracic vertebrae: the bodies of 5 lower T.V. are fused by ossified anterior longitudinal ligaments (pl. 6-12).
- Lumbar vertebrae: large osteophytes are seen especially between the 3rd and the 4th L.V. (pl. 6-13).
- Sacrum.
