Session V. Interlinking: Follow-up and networking among SYLFF fellows and institutions
 
The SYLFF Program has grown over the past 15 years. To date, SYLFF endowments have been presented to 65 universities and consortia in 43 countries; there are now about 8, 500 graduated and currently enrolled SYLFF fellows. SYLFF follow-up programs and periodic meetings of SYLFF administrators have led to the formation of formal and informal links between SYLFF institutions, and among SYLFF fellows.

6: Successful because we can ensure that they are performing welt academically, because they share their knowledge with other fellows at the meetings through written and oral progress reports, because they get committed to each other's projects, and because they build friendships that foster a network.
