SYLFF Program:
Fellowships are awarded to graduate students enrolled in the following programs: 1) international economics, 2) international finance, 3) international law, 4) business administration, 5) public administration, and 6) international relations.
Selection Process:
The SYLFF fellowships are announced in the university's newsletter. The selection process is conducted on three levels: 1) applicants' departments and schools, 2) university's graduate school or the university's academic research division, and 3) university SYLFF selection committee. Fellowships are usually for US$120-230. To date one hundred thirty-eight (138) fellowships have been awarded.

SYLFF Program:
The program supports the education of graduate students with high potential for future leadership. Fellowships are awarded to graduate students engaged in : 1) international economics, 2 ) international law, 3) international relations, and 4) international politics.
Selection Process:
The availability of the SYLFF fellowships is announced through the relevant departments, schools, centers and institutes. The selection process is conducted at three levels: 1) applications are screened by committees in the schools, departments, institutes and centers, 2) university's social science division and the graduate school, and 3) final decision is made by the university's SYLFF steering committee. Fellowships are usually for US$360-1,200. To date eight hundred seventy-eight (878) fellowships have been awarded.
