Low education and motivation for some adult or senior citizen about the importance of sport for their lifecycle. Less attention to PE and sport in education institute. Bad coordination between sport bodies in organizations at sport festival. More attention for competitive sport than Sport for All. High income and new technology affect the people to participate in sport activities.
