本セミナーでは、2000年ハルに誕生した台湾の陳水扁新政権について、特に内政面に焦点を絞りながら、政権発足後からこれまでに至る政局を振り返り、その現況を分析するとともに、今後の課題とその展望について検討する。
"Taiwan's Government Under the Chen Shui-bian Administration ―Present Situation and Future Prospects"
A discussion was held on the performance of Taiwan's Chen Shui-bian regime, which took office in the spring of this year. Particular focus was placed on its administration of domestic affairs, while reviewing the political situation over the period of its tenure to date, analyzing current conditions, and considering future issues as well as visitas.
