The organisation of Rolls-Royce's sales and service operations is shown in the table below. It is based on Rolls-Royce's definition of world regions, with each region headed by a regional office.

In Norway, Sweden and Finland customer support is handled by personnel based in the company's factories in these countries. Representation in countries other than those listed above is through agents. Spare parts stocks and workshop facilities are located in a number of key ports around the world.

 

The company's office in Japan is located in Tokyo and employs seven staff.

2.4 Supply Capacity

According to the company, there are no constraints on supply capacity and production of new models of engines and, in particular, gas turbines can be carried out at existing Rolls-Royce factories without the need for substantial new investments in production facilities.
