5. This ring-like lesion was the only manifestation of leprosy. The surface, particularly round the edge was raised, slightly rough and dry. The lesion showed absent sweating, even after exertion. Loss of sensation to cotton wool and pinprick was demonstrated. Paucibacilla PB leprosy.
