本日は、“ロリン・マゼール指揮バイエルン放送交響楽団ガラ・コンサート”へご来場いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
このたびは、躍進する若手ソリストであるヴァイオリニスト樫本大進さんとチェリストハンナ・チャンさんを迎えて、コンサートを皆さまにご提供できますことを光栄に思います。
当財団は、現荘15挺の世界的文化遺産といわれる弦楽器を所有し、世界的に活躍する若手演奏家に無償で貸与することにより、音楽家を国際的に支援する事業を積極的に行っております。当財団の楽器貸与に係わる基本方針並びに貸与先の決定は、楽器貸与委員会が行います。同委員会は、欧・米・日各2名の委員により別記のとおり構成されており、巨匠ロリン・マゼール氏にも当委員会の委員長をお願いしております。
このような当財団の活動は、日本財団の絶大なご支援により可能となっております。この場をお借りして厚くお礼申し上げます。
It is a great honor to present to you this gala concert entitled "Lorin Maazel conducts the Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks" and also to welcome two young talented artists, Mr. Daishin Kashimoto, violinist and Ms. Han-na Chang, cellist.
Nippon Music Foundation focuses on the activities to help young string players achieve their highest musical careers. The Foundation currently owns total of 15 top quality stringed instruments and they are loaned free of charge to young promising musicians internationally. The Instrument Loan Committee is responsible for making the basic policies of this instrument loaning activity and for deciding who should receive the instruments loaned from the Foundation. Maestro Lorin Maazel is the chairman of this committee.
All of our activities are made possible by the generous support from The Nippon Foundation. We would like to take this opportunity to express out sincere appreciation for their understanding and continued support.
