The 7,000-kl class oil tanker SUNRISE LILY, built t Setoda Works of Naikai Zosen Corporation, was delivered to Oxalis Hong Kong Limited on November 25, 1999.
Features
1. The tanker is a single decker having a forecastle and poop, with the engine room arranged aft.The hull has a conventionally shaped bow and a cut stern, and the cargo space is of a double-hull structure (double sides and double bottom).
2. The cargo space is divided into five tanks in the lengthwise direction and two breast, or a total of 10, for the transport of jet fuel.
As the cargo space is double-hull structured, the tanker can sail with clean ballast alone when unloaded.
3. The vessel is equipped with Schilling rudder (with large helm angle range)and a bow thruster.
