Hence, we have shown for the first time that water has a stratified structure in which the 20 A primary particles merge to form 200 A secondary particles, which in turn merge to form 1000 A particles. The dynamics of this stratified structure in the particle sizes explain the neutron dispersion and X-ray radius vector distribution curves.
