2. THE PRIMARY FACTOR THAT EXERTS INFLUENCE ON MAN-HOUR
According to the above situations, man-hour are effected on next four primary factors. These factors are the difference of an installation systems, the difference of number of repairers, the difference a kind of ships and the difference of main engine outputs. They are able to obtain the factor from the actual statistical data-base.
2.1 The man-hour by the difference of an installation system
The man-hour by the difference of an installation system differs largely by difference of a heat load, mechanical load, purpose of usage, system size, system complexity, operation time, etc.
It is shown as Table-1 which are contents total, maximum, standard deviation and average of each occurrence cases, men, hour and man-hour.
2.2 The man-hour by the difference of number of repairers
Table 2 are shown that the number of repairers apply to maintenance is less than ten. Six repairers are possibility number of the repairers at present ocean going vessel on engine department to the maintenance. Man-hour is increasing to 1.25 times that a number of repairers is within ten. Within ten number of repairers are carried out maintenance by the support or port relief persons of the other department such as a deck department. Recovering work by shore side such as a shore-side repairer or a shipyard repairer are more than ten number of repairers.
