また、本件審議の際、U.S.A代表から“normative”への変更はコストアップにつながるため反対する旨の意見が出されたが否決された。

(b) 5月9日開催のPart2の審議概要
出席者の自己紹介の後、昨日の、WG22の簡単な、レビューがあった。Part1については、6.3項で4カ所の大きな変更があり、2ndDISとして、作り直すこととした旨の説明があった。
9日の議事は、Part2にたいする各国のコメントから、議長判断でHigh priorityと2nd priorilyの項目を選び出し、その項目について審議を行った。リストアップされなかったコメントに対する対応は、すべて議長裁定扱いとなった。

【重要審議事項の結論】
・Loaded conditionは、minimum conditionの15%増しとする。
・英国より、6.3.1のvanishing angleの修正提案(添付資料)があり、承認された。
