Step 3: National consultation
The member bodies organize the consultation and voting process in their countries.
They consolidate the comments they receive and build the national position.
Step 4: Submission of ballots & comments (1)
The authorized balloters cast a vote on behalf of their member body.
All comments of a member body are entered into a World-template (available on the ISOTC server in the folder: "Tools for e-balloting").
If a member body wants to submit comments, this template file shall be uploaded to the server with the vote.
