Step 2: Preparation of files for ballot & opening of the ballot (1)
ISO/CS prepares the DIS and FDIS files for ballot (quality check, addition of cover page with ballot dates). For FDIS, this includes the full production process.
When the files or ballot are uploaded, an automatic notification is sent to the responsible committee secretariat and chair.

When the ballots are opened a notification is sent to the group of balloters who have been authorized by their member bodies.
