defined_forはDefinitionで定義されているDefinable_objectsを表記する。

IdにはDefinitionに唯一のglobal unique identifierを表記する。

local_unitsにはShip (see 4.2.122)のグローバル単位として定義されたものと異なる場合は明記する。

Definable_objectは定義し得るbusiness objectのあらゆる下位型である。すなわち、Definable_objectはDefinition (see 4.2.75)に参照される。

ReferencesにはDocument_references (see 4.2.79)を記述する。Document_referencesは貨物の輸送に関連した内容である。これらreferencesは材料の帳票類、技術仕様書類および付加される安全情報が挙げられる。

Document_referenceはDocumentやDocument (see4.2.78)の段落をその元文献や参照場所を使って表すものである。
例-Document_reference元が本であればポインターは段落のレベルや頁番号とすることができる。Document_referenceに関連するデータには以下のものがある。

assigned_documentには製品データが関連する文書(あるいはその一部)を明記する。
