Problem 3 is the case of the people who have mastered the swallowing method. Those people swallow up the air in the mouth and speak a syllable or a word, then using up all the air, they have to stop to swallow fresh air and resume the vocalization. The characteristical point is that they can produce sounds and words but not speech.
a) How to find them
* Those people, after several vocalization, close their lips and mumble to swallow the air in the mouth.
* When they make a continuous speech, the voice is tapered due to the lack of air, and finally fades away.
b) Guidance of correction
* Adopt sniffing method to repeatedly take in the air in order to make an effective correction. This method resembles the snuffing running nose when one catches cold.
