* Explain the mechanism of the esophageal speech, using a diagram.
* Explain the cause of murmur in the oral cavity and how it distorts the pronunciation, using a diagram.
* Those people have difficulty pronouncing "a" sound. Start from teaching vowel "i", followed by "u" , "e", "o" .
* Encourage the habit of gurgling to enhance good flow of air between the oral cavity and the esophagus.
* Practice the skill of intake and release of the air, in which the tea sipping method is effective.
