One would feel the lack of the air when successive vocalization is necessary in, for example, daily conversation. Moreover, volume of voice would be too small for conversation.

The inhalation method takes in the sufficient amount of air in each vocalization. Using this method, one can not only inhale a great amount of air et one time, but also successively take enough air for carrying conversation on, which enables fluent and rhythmic speech.

Most of people do not realize the difference of the two methods, nor they realize the cause of their unsatisfactory vocalization is due to the manner they take in the air. It is often right to say that the reason why they cannot carry on longer conversation and cannot improve vocalization is found in the inhalation technique.

The inhalation method is the fundamental principle in the voice training, so trainees should practice it thoroughly at the beginning.
