1. How to Swallow Air

 

The first thing for you to do is to bear in mind the above-mentioned principle of phonation and to succeed in taking in air with which to vibrate the upper esophagus to produce the basic sound. That is, you must learn to store air in your esophagus at your pleasure and to produce voice by bringing it back freely.
