Abdominal respiration is a breathing method characterized by the expansion of the abdomen in inhalation and its constriction in exhalation. It is efficient and a good exercise for the diaphragm and abdominal muscles.
Air should be exhaled slowly to expel almost all air. Try exhaling three times as slowly as inhaling.
