B. Trainiｎg Via the Dispatch of Instructors
When laryngectomee trainees who have completed their training as esophageal vocalization instructors return to their respective countries/regions and hold courses to offer the same training to others, the Federation dispatches specialists from Japan to attend these courses and offer guidance in instructional techniques.

VI. Life and Training in Tokyo
A. AFLA Course
1. Trainees will be met on arrival at Narita International Airport.
2. Accommodation will be in a business hotel.
3. The hotel will be oomfortable and conveniently located, and each trainee will be provided with a single room complete with television, bath, and other facilities.
4. As a rule, trainees will eat their meals out.
5. Trainees will be given 80,000 yen per month for daily living expenses. Their commuting costs back and forth to the will be covered in full, and they will be reimbursed for their airfare.
6. Sightseeing excursions around Tokyo classroom will be organzed for holidays.
