3. The term of office of the Commissioned Judge shall be three (3) years, provided however, he may be dismissed even during his term of office.
(Fees for Expert Opinion, Etc.)
Article 6. The amount of fees of expert opinion, interpretation, or translation for which is demanded by an expert witness, interpreter or translator in accordance with the provisions of Article 64, paragraph 2, of the Marine Accidents Inquiry Law shall be fixed by the Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency according to the extent of special technical ability or time as well as expenses of those to which is required.
Supplementary Provisions
Article 7. This Cabinet Order shall become applicable as from the 29th day of February, 1948.
Article 8. The following Imperial Ordinances shall be repealed:
Ordinance for Appointment and Quorum of Personnel of the Marine Court;
Service Regulations of the Marine Court;
Imperial Ordinance No. 94, 1910.
