The need was stressed for the network of providers in the South Pacific to be linked to AMETIAP.
Following the closure of the meeting at 9.45 am by the Chair, Professor Gao Deyi of Shanghai Maritime University, the incoming Chair of AMETIAP, made a presentation on behalf of the members to Mr Swapan Das Sarma of Singapore Polytechnic in appreciation of three years service as foundation Chair of AMETIAP.
