6.1 1999 Budget
The Budget for 1999 was discussed. It was agreed that the US$1700 contingency should be allocated US$1000 to the new Web Site and the remaining US$700 for contingencies. With the amendment incorporated the 1999 budget was agreed. (Attachment 1).
Proceedings of AMETIAP Conferences
It was generally accepted that it was too early to publish proceedings of AMETIAP Conferences and the matter would be re-considered after the 4th AGM in Tokyo.
Vote of thanks to SMU
The EXCO unanimously passed a vote of thanks to SMU (Fang Quangen) for their invaluable support in hosting the annual conference and AGM.
Vote of thanks to Chairman
The EXCO unanimously passed a vote of thanks to the Chairman (Peter Ng) for his invaluable input in chairing the 3rd AGM.
