3.1 Adoption of Minutes
The minutes were adopted, subject to minor amendments, and accepted as a true and correct record of the meeting.
3.2 Matters Arising from the Minutes
It was agreed that all matters outstanding from the minutes of EXCO Meeting 4/98 should be transferred to the 1999 Workplan for action.
