SUMMARY
Executive summary: This document contains a sketch-map showing the location of traffic separation schemes, four HIDRONAV marine charts where the traffic separation schemes will operate, four descriptions of the traffic separation schemes four chartlets of traffic separation schemes, four tables of the dangers to navigation in areas bordering on the traffic zone and four beaconing layouts in areas of the traffic zone along the coast of Peru.

1 In this document, the Government of Peru submits its traffic routeing system along the coast of Peru. The system is based on existing hydrographic data and the study carried out by the maritime authorities to control shipping so as to increase navigational safety in the area of convergence and other areas where there is a high traffic density or where freedom of movement is reduced by restricted space, obstacles to navigation, shallows or weather conditions.
