.3 The coastal/port State is recommended to establish the necessary infrastructure and operational arrangements for the purpose of combating piracy and armed robbery;
.4 The Working Group stressed the importance of circulating MSC/Circ.622 and 623 and IMO reports on piracy and armed robbery to all national agencies concerned with anti-piracy activities and the coastal/port States are urged to do the same.
The Working Group requests the IMO Secretariat to convey the findings and recommendations of the seminar and workshop to the similar meeting which is scheduled to be held in Singapore in February 1999, with the aim of presenting a full report on these seminars to MSC 71 in May 1999.
