Point of Observation
a. A systolic blood pressure less than 90mmHg, or a decrease of 60mmHg when the usual systolic blood pressure is 150mmHg or more are defined as shock.
b. Five symptoms suggesting a diagnosis of shock (5Ps)

3]Perspiration
4]Pulselessness
5]Pulmonary insufficiency
