4. Reception and events
The following reception and events are scheduled, and all delegates and their accompanying persons are cordially invited to attend.
(1) Reception (Buffet Style)
Welcome party sponsored by the President of the Japan Marine Standards Association

(2) Sightseeing of Tokyo (accompanying persons only)

Time : about 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
(3) Event with TC8 Chairman

Time : 6:00 p.m.〜

We have blocked rooms at 2 hotels for the whole duration of the meetings. Reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Please send a fax using the "ISO/TC Housing Form" A or B (See attached).
