Electronic submission of documents and comments
The Technical Management Board,
noting that ISO committees and working groups are increasingly moving from a paper-based to an electronic working environment,
Recognizing that a substantial number of documents and comments on documents are still submitted in paper,
strongly urges members of committees and working groups to circulate comments and documents in electronic form wherever possible.
