VI 議事概要
1. 開会(1999-10-20,9:30)
議長がボースンホイッスルを吹いて、開会を宣言した。続いて、議題審議に先だって、運輸省海上技術安全局の木内技術課長が紹介され、同課長が歓迎の挨拶を行った。
続いて、特別参加の、IMOのパロマレス氏、IACSのブラッドレー氏の紹介が行われた後、小山専務理事から、南会長の歓迎の挨拶を披露した。引き続き、小郷幹事から、スケジュールの説明を行った。
2. 出席者の点呼(資料8 N 933 R3―出席者リスト)
会議は、9カ国(デンマーク、日本、オランダ、ノルウエー、ポーランド、ポルトガル、ロシア、英国、米国)、31人の代表者(3つのリエイゾン機関(IACS、IMO、IAPH)を含む。)の参加のもと開催された。
欠席者連絡としては、ドイツのH.Ch.Shade氏(TC8/SC8)、Abram氏(ISO/CS)、並びにClosca氏及びCrudu氏(Romania)から届けられた。
