5.1 開会
SC 6の飯島議長により開会が宣言された後、主催国を代表して、日本船舶標準協会の小山専務理事から歓迎の挨拶があった。
5.2 出席者の点呼
出席者(添付資料1参照)全員の自己紹介が行われた。
5.3 議題の承認
議題案は、資料 SC 6 N35 Rev.2 (添付資料2参照)どおりの内容で承認された。
