■ Uses Ship Common Model (SCM) and Building Blocks to interoperate well with other Shipbuilding APs (such as AP215, AP216, and AP218)
■ Currently being prepared for its first Committee Draft (CD) ballot
・ Estimated for First Quarter, 2000
・ Could require: 2nd CD ballot,
・ Draft International Standard (DIS) ballot, and
・ Final Draft International Standard (FDIS) ballot before reaching
・ International Standard (IS) level
■ Estimated to take at least 2 years to reach IS
