Nothing exceptional is to be reported from SC 5 at present.
ISO/CD 14 612 on Ship's bridge for one-person operation is circulated to member bodies for comments.
Closing date for voting is 1999-04-18.
ISO/AWI 17 899 on Heavy duty wipers is registered in the work programme of SC 5.
Development of the working draft is allocated to a team of experts in UK.
The 3rd meeting of SC 5 will take place 3- 4 June 1999 at Sperry Marine Inc.in Charlottesville VA, USA.
Notice of meeting and draft agenda is circulated to member bodies, January '99.
A major item in the agenda for the meeting of SC5 will be conclusion of comments from the CD-voting for CD 14 612.
