The presiding director or directors may delegate a portion of their duties to an employee of the corporation or cause him / her to act for them temporarily in the performance of their duties.
5.
The presiding director or directors shall direct or supervise the employees of the corporation.
6.
Auditors shall audit the affairs of the corporation.
7.
Auditors shall, if requested by the chief executive of a partner body, audit the affairs as required.
8.
The chief executive of a partner body may become concurrently the full-time president director or a full-time director of the corporation, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 141.
9.
The provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 141, Article 142 and the first sentence of paragraph 1 of Article 143 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the presiding director or directors; and the provisions of paragraph 5 above and article 198-2 and 199-2 shall apply mutatis mutandis to auditors, provided that the words "the chief executive or assistant governor or assistant mayor" in paragraph 1 of Article 198-2 shall be taken to read "the presiding director or directors."

The provisions of paragraph 1 to 3 and 5 of Article 203 and Article 204-2 shall apply mutatis mutandis to part-time officers; Article 204 to 205 shall apply mutatis mutandis to full-time officers, provided that the word "bylaw" in paragraph 2 and 5 of article 203, paragraph 2 and 3 of Article 204 and Article 204-2 shall be taken to read "regulation of the corporation."

Article 305.
There shall be a board of directors in the corporation.
2.
The board of directors shall be composed of the presiding director and directors.
3.
The following matters shall be decided upon by the board of directors;
1. Enactment of regulations of the board;
2. Submission of opinion on the business plan;
3. The budget and the settlement of accounts for each business year;
4. Disposition of housing or land under Article 302;
5. Other important matters specified by regulation of the corporation related to its affairs.
4.
Necessary matters related to the operation of the board of directors shall be fixed by regulation of the corporation.
