The member bodies of a Wide-Area Union shall take the necessary budgetary measures for the allotment of expenses in the preceding paragraph based on the agreement of the Wide-Area Union.
(Dissolution)
Article 291-10.
The dissolution of a Wide-Area Union shall be by the agreement of the local public bodies concerned and shall be approved by the Minister of Home Affairs or by the governor of the To, Do, Fu or Ken, as prescribed in paragraph 2 of Article 284.

The Minister of Home Affairs shall consult with the chief executives of the related national administrative agencies regarding the granting of approval under the preceding paragraph.

A governor of a To, Do, Fu or Ken who has granted approval under paragraph 1 of this article shall immediately give public notice of the purport of the same and shall also inform the Minister of Home Affairs.
4.
On granting approval under paragraph 1 of this article, the Minister of Home Affairs shall immediately make an announcement of the purport of the same and shall also give notice to the chief executives of the related national administrative agencies. On being informed in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the Minister of Home Affairs shall immediately give notice of the same to the chief executives of the related national administrative agencies.
(Agreement requiring a Resolution of the Assembly)
Article 291-11.
The agreements under paragraph 3 of Article 284, paragraph 1 and 3 of Article 291-3, paragraph 1 of the preceding article, and Article 289 applied mutatis mutandis in line with Article 291-13, shall be determined by vote of the assemblies of the ordinary local public bodies concerned.
(Objection regarding assessment of expenses)
Article 291-12.
Any member body of a Wide-Area Union may, if it finds any illegality or error in its assessment of the expenses of the Wide-Area Union, put forward an objection to the chief executive of the said Wide-Area Union within thirty days from the day of receipt of the assessment.
