Subsection VII. Attached Organs
(Duties)
Article 202-3.
Committees or other organs attached to the executive organs of the ordinary local public body shall, as provided by laws or cabinet orders duly authorized by laws or by bylaw, perform conciliation, inquiry or research, etc. with regard to the matters in their charge.

Committeemen or other members composing such attached organs shall serve on a part-time basis.
3.
Secretarial work of such attached organs shall be performed in the executive organs to which they belong, unless otherwise provided in laws or cabinet orders duly authorized by laws.
Chapter VIII Compensation and Other Benefits
(Remuneration)
Article 203.
The ordinary local public body shall remunerate members of the assembly, members of commissions, part-time audit commissioners or other commissioners, local dispute mediators, committeemen and other members of inquiry, deliberative, investigative and other committees, specialists, poll superintendents, counting overseers, election administrator, voting witnesses, counting witnesses and election witnesses and other part-time employees of the ordinary local public body.

Those enumerated above, except members of the assembly, shall be remunerated according to the number of days they have served, unless otherwise provided by bylaw.

Those remunerated in paragraph 1 may be compensated for the expenses incurred in the performance of their duties.

The ordinary local public body may, by bylaw, pay living allowance to members of the assembly.
5.
The amount and the manner of payment of remuneration, compensation and living allowance shall be fixed by bylaw.
