(Petition for Audit)
Article 75.
One-fiftieth or more of the total electorate (or of the total electors within the area of the regional police headquarters under the regional public safety commission of Do, if audit of such commission is sought) may, under joint signature and through their representative, present a petition, in accordance with cabinet order, to the audit commissioners, demanding audit of the performance of the affairs of the ordinary local public body.

When a petition has been presented under the preceding paragraph, the audit commissioners shall forthwith make public the purport of the petition.

The audit commissioners shall audit the performance of the affairs required under paragraph 1, determine a report on the result of such audit, convey it to the representatives of petitioners, and make it public. The audit commissioners shall also submit said report to the assembly and the chief executive of said ordinary local public body as well as the relevant education commission, election administration commission, personnel commission or equity commission, local labor commission, agricultural commission, or other commissions or commissioners thereof prescribed by law.

In the event that the number of audit commissioners is more than one, the report on the result of audits shall be determined by mutual agreement between audit commissioners.

The provisions of paragraphs 4 and 5 of Article 74 and Article 74-2 to 74-4 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Section II. Demand for Dissolution and Recall
(Petition for Dissolution)
Article 76.
One-third or more of the total electorate may, under joint signature and through their representative, present a petition, in accordance with cabinet order, to the election administration commission, demanding dissolution of the assembly of the ordinary local public body.
2.
When a petition has been presented under the preceding paragraph, the commission shall forthwith make public the purport of the petition.
