1. Opening
Mr. Y. Yamauchi, Senior Managing Director of Port Logistics Information System Association (POLISA), opened the meeting and welcomed the participants.
2. Speech by Meeting Organizer
Mr. Y. Yamauchi, the host of the "Tokyo Meeting for International EDI Trial" made an opening address on behalf of Port Logistics Information System Association.
3. Speech by Ministry of Transport
A guest speaker, Mr. T. Abe. Deputy Director of Ministry of Transport presented keynote speech on this project.
4. Nomination of Chairman
Mr. H. Sugamata, Senior Researcher of Japan EC/CALS Organization, was appointed to preside over the meeting.
5. Adoption of Agenda
The subjects for discussion on the agenda (Attachment A) and the meeting schedule proposed by the Chair were agreed by all the participants.
6. Self Introduction
All participants introduced themselves respectively in order of the listed participants.
