OOCL ABILITY 1,560-TEU Container Ship
The 1,560-TEU container ship OOCL ABILITY built at the Marugame Head-quarters of Imabari Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. was delivered to the owner, Accord Line S.A. in July, 1997.
Features：
1. The vessel was designed to have a capacity of 1,560 TEUs. She has one continuous upper deck with forecastle and the cargo space is divided into five cargo holds. Engine room and accommodation deck houses are located semi-aft.
2. Maximum number of 40' containers which can be loaded is 751 FEUs, and 203 units of 45' containers can be loaded on the hatch covers and on the upper deck. Refrigerated containers also can be loaded, and the capacity is 60 TEUs and 140 FEUs on the upper deck and in the holds. Containers of Dangerous goods also can be loaded in one cargo hold and on the upper deck.
