4.2.9 Fuel high pressure pipe
The fuel high pressure pipe is directly connected with the fuel injection valve body passing through the inner part of the cylinder head from the cylinder head side face. For fuel high pressure pipe, a joint made of forged carbon steel is adopted in place of the pipe system so that it bears high pressure injection. Joining parts are all spherically shaped to improve sealing force and for easy assembling.
4.2.10 Lubricating oil system
A lubrication oil cooler, lubrication oil filter and lubrication oil temperature regulating valve are installed on the non-operation side as a multi-functional intensive shape unit.
The lubrication oil cooler is equipped with the chemical cleaning flange in standard specifications and can be cleaned without removing lubrication oil cooler.
Centrifugal filter and motor priming pump are equipped with the engine in standard specifications to keep metal reliability and prevent fretting to the metal while the engine stops.
Lubrication to the cylinder head rocker arm part is executed by engine system oil and pipings are reduced because of pipeless structure by means of the drilled hole.
