under its jurisdiction,
likely to be of
relevance to ballast
water loading and/or its
discharge;

near y sewage
outfalls;
|
| - |
when a tidal
stream is know to be
the more turbid; and |
| - |
areas where
tidal flushing is known
to be poor. |
