Explosive in the dry state.
May form extremely sensitive compounds with heavy metals or
their salts.
When involved in a fire, evolves toxic fumes; in closed
compartments these fumes may form an explosive mixture
with alr.
Observations
Harmful if swallowed or by skin contact.
This substance may be carried under the provisions of this class
only if it is so packaged that the percentage of water will not fall
below that stated at any time during transport.
