・これまで変更の可能性があると記載されていた部分について確定されている。
・En-Route/Terminal、NPAのWAASによる補正の区別が無くなった。
・クラス1においても、long-term, fast WAAS differential correctionの要求追加
・PAモードにおいてのデータ更新時間が1秒に(従来200ms)
・メッセージタイプ8がEstimated RMS error messageからReserved for future messageへ
・メッセージタイプ10がReserved for future messageからDegradation Parameters Messageへ
