.8 invite the Committee to include a new item in the Sub-Committee's work programme dealing with the user requirements for heading systems with the completion date of one session (paragraph 2.25);
.9 consider and agreed on the draft MSC resolution on new and amended performance standards for adoption at MSC 70 (paragraph 2.27 and annex 2);
.10 agree on liaison statement from IMO to ITU-R WPSB and instruct the Secretariat to convey this liaison statement to ITU for consideration (paragraph 3.4 and annex 4);
.11 invite the Committee to endorse the action taken (paragraph 3.4);
.12 consider and agree a draft MSC Circular on Guidelines for the on-board use and applications of computers with a view for adoption by MSC 70 (paragraph 4, annex 5); and
.13 approve the report in general.
